A Lot More Dreams – Pushkar Bajpai, Haryana

I need a lot more dreams tonight.
I’m done standing on the edge of cliff.
I need a billion more stars in my sky.
The air is cold but full of future’s whiff.

I’m ready for the plunge into the night.
Let the rugged reality fly by my side.
With last few gasps the fear escapes.
In gusts of hope my futures safely ride.

Its terrible crash, some bones are broken.
I will survive everything time can heal.
Come on my monsters! The sun will rise!
All dreams will be lost, when I’ll be veal.

I need a billion more dreams tonight.
For I will learn to live without dying.
I need a billion more dreams tonight.
I’ll start living tomorrow without lying.
